Privacy Policy

Kalshi Terminal ("the App") is developed and published by MAL SKUPINA ("we", "us", "our"). The App is an informational utility and paper-trading journal for the Kalshi exchange. It is not a broker, does not accept wagers, does not process payments and does not facilitate gambling.

Kalshi Terminal stores your watchlist, your ledger entries (paper positions, entry price, size, notes) and app preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your iPhone unless you explicitly export or share it yourself.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this information.

The App does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, address, phone number, government ID or payment information. We do not maintain user profiles.

Kalshi Terminal does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, session recording or cross-app tracking. We do not use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not follow you across other apps or websites.

To display live quotes, order books and price history, the App makes requests directly from your device to the public Kalshi API. Those requests are subject to Kalshi's own terms and privacy practices. We do not proxy or store the responses on our servers.

The Ledger is a paper journal. Positions are marked to live market data for informational purposes only. Nothing you record in Kalshi Terminal represents an actual trade, order, or transfer of funds.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing about you to access, correct or delete on our servers. You are in full control of the data stored locally on your device.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date below.
